FAAME Boutique™ makes every attempt to provide the color of each clothing and/or accessory. The images of the items may not display the color accurately, they are provided for illustrative purposes only. FB cannot be responsible for the display of images on your computer or mobile device. 

 

FAAME Boutique™ has a goal to provide quality products free from damage or defect, upon receiving your items please review them to ensure they meet that standard.  Should any items that are received are not as expected, please contact the store within 48 hours to initiate a possible exchange* or return. 

Returns

FAAME Boutique™ wants you to be happy with your purchase, however if you need to return your item, please note that we offer Store Credit Only. Products that are purchased must be returned within 14 days and in new condition. Returns must be post marked within 14 days.  All tags must be intact in addition to free from any stains, scents, or odors to receive a full credit refund (minus shipping fees). The customer is responsible for packing and shipping the product. FB does not currently offer cash refunds. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Final Sales are noted when purchased and cannot be returned.
  • Unapproved items will be returned at the customer expense. 

Please allow 3 to 5 days to process your return once FB has received your request. You will receive an email detailing your store credit.

Exchanges*

Due to product availability, exchanges are limited, and you must contact store to see if your order qualifies for an exchange. 

 

Shipping

FAAME Boutique™ makes every effort to ship orders promptly, please allow 2 days for ordering processing and shipping preparation.  You will receive an email with tracking once your order is being shipped. 

Shipping delivery dates are not approximate and can change or become delayed while traveling to you. 

Please note that the customer is responsible for the products once tracking shows delivered. 

Orders that are refused by the customer and returned to sender will incur a 30% restocking fee applied to the method of payment used to purchase items.
